All sales are final & non-returnable

While your satisfaction with your purchase is overwhelmingly important to us, we are unable to accept returns on orders or offer refunds (see exception to policy below). Because each vintage or antique treasure that you order is precisely inspected and uniquely curated, you can rest assured that you will receive the item shown upon purchase.

Exclusion to Refund Policy

The only exception to our "All Sales Final” policy is in the event that damage occurs to your order during shipment. Exclusions to policy may only apply if items are damaged upon arrival OR if your order is lost in transit by the shipping carrier. In this rare occurrence, you may contact us via email mariposavintagebr@gmail.com and we will contact you within 2 business days to assess the situation and take any necessary actions, such as processing your refund once your claim is validated.
